Spinning Babies for Parents | July 28

Spinning Babies® is the exploration of techniques used for a more comfortable pregnancy and positions when labor seems long, painful or has a stall. During labor the baby needs to pass through the three levels of the pelvis. Understand where the baby is in the pelvis, why it matters and what you can do to help your baby get in an ideal position. Together, you and your support person can use these techniques before and during labor to help "make room for baby!"

Take the chance to learn how to use the Spinning Babies techniques to help you achieve better positioning for better comfort in pregnancy and simpler labors! With the measures in place to limit visits to and stays in the hospital, it's more important than ever to promote optimal positioning for shorter labors and simpler births.

Classes are comprised of either in-person or live-streamed Zoom sessions with Shari McBurney (Certified Parent Educator) to coach participants on techniques for pregnancy and labor. Additional sessions for check-in are available, to ensure you're sticking to your goals.

Materials include a useful handout, and access to other Spinning Babies instructions.
